This website

The website does not use cookies or tracking for advertising. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies and without identifying you. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site.

The contact form does not store anything on the website. It prepares a message in WhatsApp or your email app, and you decide whether to send it. When you contact us, we use your details only to reply and to discuss our services with you.

Metering data

When we provide metering to a generator operator, we process meter readings and account details on the operator's behalf, to produce readings, bills and reports. This data:

• belongs to the operator and is used only to provide the service;
• is hosted locally and protected with encryption in transit;
• is never sold or shared for advertising;
• can be exported by the operator, and is deleted at the end of the contract unless the law requires us to keep it.

Subscribers can ask their operator, or us, what data is held about their meter and request corrections.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time what personal data we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, by writing to info@telemetricatech.com.
